 How often are meals prepared?

Meals are made to order.

 

What is the delivery time?

 

24-48 hours to the local Dallas area. There is an extra delivery fee to be determined by your address.

 

Can I sign up for a subscriptions?

 

Yes. We offer weekly/monthly plans. You chose your meals and pay once and meals are delivered weekly.

 

How long will the meals last and stay fresh?

 

Meals will last up to 7 days in the refrigerator, and longer if you freeze them.

 

How do you handle Refunds and Returns?

We Do Not Offer Refunds.

 

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, cleaneats2u is unable to accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cleaneats2u@gmail.com and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.

 

Are the containers safe?

 

Yes. They are microwaveable and dishwasher safe.

 

Do you use peanut oil?

 

No, we do not use peanut oil at all. Our food is steamed or baked.

 

Are you able to do gluten-free, keto-based, or vegetarian meals?

 

Absolutely. We want everyone to be a part of the cleaneats2u family.

Do you only provide food for people losing weight?

 

No. cleaneats2u is not only for those trying to lose weight but we can also help you if you are trying to bulk up as well.  We are also here for those that are trying to get away from greasy fast foods but may not have the time to make a healthy lunch or dinner at home. We are for everyone trying to eat clean. If you let us know your specific goals we will do all we can to accommodate you.
